Brianna moved to New York City in 2011 to attend the Joffrey Ballet School, where she trained under the direction of Michael Blake and Robert Ray. In 2016, she received her BA in English with a Creative Writing Concentration and a Minor in Communication and Media Studies from Fordham University, where she had the privilege of studying with writers such as Sarah Gambito, Idra Novey, Elisabeth Frost, Amy Benson, and Elizabeth Stone. Brianna currently serves as the managing editor of PEN America’s Glossolalia, and as the social media coordinator/blog editor for The Perri Institute for Mind and Body. Her work has appeared most recently in The Fordham Observer. Brianna is also a certified and insured yoga instructor through the Mind Body Dancer® 300 Yoga Pedagogy Course. She teaches group classes and works as a one-on-one instructor with clients in and around New York City.
